We’re thrilled to have Daisy Flour in the store for a flour demonstration! Come learn about soft wheat and hard wheat and flour made from other grains. They’ve prepared some crackers using their flour and the folks at Fort Cheese will be sampling some of their cheeses together with the crackers.
Daisy Flour uses 100% organic soft red winter wheat grown in New York and Pennsylvania to make their white and wheat pastry flours. We’ll have their whole range at the store from 12-2pm today. Stop by!
