Collected in Park Slope by Union Street Honey, you can grab a jar from the early or the late season of last year’s harvest. Like the Riesling of honey, these jars are filled with a nectar that is fruity and bright- perfect for a cocktail, mocktail or evening cup of tea!

Not only is this honey delicious, but it also comes to us from a well cared for hive of bees that live right around the corner on a Union street rooftop.  This honey helps keep a local beekeeper in business and it helps protect the declining honeybee population.
