If it’s Autumn treats that you’re craving, check out our apples. Fresh, new harvest varieties include Paula Reds, Ginger Golds, Honeycrisp and a new cultivar called Zestar! (exclamation point included!), all great for eating fresh and cooking alike. Purple carrots look vibrant in your roasting pan, along with winter squash: Butternut, Red Kuri and Carnival!
Speaking of cooking, check out our new fresh pasta from SFOGLINI, made in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Using organic semolina, the boys cast perfect pasta into fun shapes. For fall, we’ve switched it up, choosing Zucca, a pumpkin-shaped cup that will hold hearty meat sauces, chunky vegetables and lots of cheese. Or take home a batch of SEVERINO Gnocchi, locally made in NJ, and toss into browned butter (we like PURITY Ghee or VERMONT CREAMERY salted), fresh herbs and toasted walnuts.
