For many of us, Memorial Day marks the start of summer. Warm weather, school coming to a close, summer vacations…The desire to be outside enjoying the sunshine. For me, summer means outdoor adventures, swimming, picnics and campfires. The ultimate, no, only dessert perfect for these occasions is the S’more. The S’more is an American dessert; a fire toasted marshmallow sandwiched between two graham crackers with a piece of delicious, slow-melting chocolate.

Our amazing Pastry Chef Audrey has whipped up some delicious vanilla marshmallows to enjoy this Memorial Day.
