We’re now taking Brooklyn turkey orders online!  This year we’re offering all-natural ($4.49/lb), organic ($5.29/lb) and heritage ($10.99/lb) birds for pre-order and pick up at the store.  Our turkeys come from free-range Amish and Mennonite farms in Lancaster, PA.  We can source just about anything you want to serve so don’t be shy with special orders to our butchers.

Provisions will also be offering roasted meats like herb-roasted chicken ($6.49/lb), capon ($10.99/lb), duck roasted with maple syrup and thyme ($15.99/lb) and Arcadian Pastures house-roasted ham with sage and pomegranate glaze ($16.49/lb).

House made sides for Thanksgiving this year include garlic mashed potatoes, thyme & honey brussels sprouts, wild mushroom stuffing, sweet potato gratin with gruyere and chestnuts, green beans with almonds and roasted carrots with maple syrup and rosemary.  All Thanksgiving sides are vegetarian.
