Today from 4pm-6pm we are happy to welcome Victory Brewing to Provisions for a beer and sausage tasting.  We will sampling some of Victory’s great year-round brews and a few special seasonal selections.  The meat counter is going to be providing some of our house-made sausages to complement the beers, including a pork jowl sausage with smoked pimenton and caramelized onions.  Also on offer we will be sampling a pork and lamb sausage with Salvatore smoked ricotta and tomato puree.
