Handmade in Brooklyn, P&H syrups are the syrups for soda geeks and control freaks.  Soda geeks will be thrilled that Chef Anton Nocito crafts delicious syrups in flavors like hibiscus, lime, cream soda and ginger using all-natural ingredients and his finely tuned palate (the ginger comes with a touch of lemon making it lively and refreshing).  Control freaks will appreciate the fact that using a syrup to jazz up your seltzer means that you can use a little or a lot and adjust to exactly fit your taste.  Bespoke soda!

Come meet Chef Anton and try his P&H flavors with seltzer this Saturday, November 6 from 2-5pm at Provisions.  Then stop by the wine shop from 5-7pm where we’ll be playing around with P&H syrups in cocktails featuring LiV Vodka, a Long Island vodka made from 100% potatoes.
