Take advantage of the weather and sneak in a picnic at Fort Greene Park! Yes, we have delicious sandwiches and salads all prepared and ready to go (ask for them hot!) but we’ve also got some suggestions for items to make your picnic a locavore’s delight.

At the cheese counter we’ve got Schaller & Weber Landjager, tiny little sausages meant for taking on hikes and trips. In the dairy case, we’ve got dips from Kors D’oeuvres like spinach dip, bacon and horseradish or black bean. Pair them with a bag of lavash from Hot Bread Kitchen and finish with a Lil’ Fella cheesecake from Junior’s (in the dairy case) or maybe a pack of cookies from Whimsy & Spice.
