This Thursday, June 4 from 7pm-10pm at the Clover Art Gallery and Coffee House, you can try 25 wines, nibble on hors d’oeuvres, listen to a live jazz trio and the stylings of jazz and blues DJ Deric Johnson and benefit a good cause. Tickets to the event are available with a $45 donation to the PS 261 PTA at the door at 338 Atlantic Avenue near Hoyt Street. Your donation includes general admission to the event, entry in one of the raffles, and a wine glass commemorating the event. All proceeds will support the efforts of the Parent Teacher Association to implement a wide variety of educational and cultural programs for the students of PS 261, a New York City public school located in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn at 314 Pacific Street.
Through The Greene Grape’s “Do Good By Drinking Well” program, we sponsor wine tastings to benefit local non-profits. Over the years, we have raised over $40,000 for local organizations. If you are interested in holding a wine tasting to benefit your non-profit, you can contact us through the inquiry form on our website.
