Our pistachio nuts, like our other bulk nuts, come from Bazzini, a New York City nut company since it was founded in 1886. Bazzini was one of the core food manufacturers that used to be housed in warehouses in Tribeca. But in 1987, they moved their operations to the Bronx. The former Bazzini warehouse has been turned into luxury condos marketed under the name “The Nut House.”

Okay, that last part is April Fool’s. It is luxury condos now, though!
